Terms of Service

The PHSCOO Mobility website is operated by Jinhua Yueqi Electric Vehicle Co.,ltd, a company registered in China, selling products under the PHSCOO brand. The company is responsible for sales, payment collection, invoicing and after-sales service.

1. Scope

These terms apply to consumer purchases from www.phscoo.com and use of the website. PHSCOO is the product brand; PHSCOO Mobility is the website and social-media display name. Separate agreements may apply to wholesale or dealer purchases.

The seller and terms identified for an existing order remain those applicable when that contract was made. This update does not retrospectively substitute a different seller for a previous order.

2. Products, prices and availability

The selected product page and checkout show the configuration, price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and availability for your order. Prices and offers may change for future orders; this does not change an accepted order. Product descriptions form part of the contract. If we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you rather than charge a different price without your agreement.

Range and performance figures depend on the stated test conditions and actual use. Local rules on road use, speed, age, insurance and protective equipment vary. A regional setting or product specification is not a guarantee of permission to ride on every public road.

3. Orders and payment

An initial order-receipt email acknowledges your order. Unless we expressly accept it earlier, acceptance occurs when we send the shipping confirmation. If we cannot accept an order, for example because of unavailable stock, an unresolved pricing error or failed payment verification, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for that order.

Payment is made through PayPal or another payment option actually displayed at checkout. The merchant receiving payment for these sales is Jinhua Yueqi Electric Vehicle Co.,ltd. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy notices. Please check the order amount and currency before confirming payment.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our German warehouse. The Shipping Policy and checkout provide destination-specific processing, estimated delivery times and charges. Contact us if delivery is delayed or a parcel is missing; we remain your seller contact for resolving delivery problems.

5. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

EU consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions. After notifying us, send the goods back within a further 14 days. See our Return & Refund Policy for the process and refund rules. Faulty-goods rights are separate and are not limited to the withdrawal period.

6. Commercial warranty and statutory rights

The commercial warranty is provided by Jinhua Yueqi Electric Vehicle Co.,ltd. Coverage depends on the configuration purchased and the component. It supplements, and does not replace or shorten, statutory rights for non-conforming goods. The periods below run from delivery, subject to the applicable component terms.

Premium battery and core electronic coverage is included without a content-posting requirement. Four extension tiers provide +3, +6, +9 or +12 months for eligible components; only Tier 4 (+12 months) is available for purchase. Eligibility, current price and availability are stated in the applicable offer. Eligible UGC extensions require vehicle registration and qualifying content within the applicable 60-day window after delivery. Total coverage cannot exceed 24 months, and fixed non-extendable periods remain unchanged. The Creator Rewards terms contain the separate reward requirements.

Commercial warranty exclusions include normal wear, natural battery capacity degradation and damage caused by accidents, misuse, liquid ingress, unauthorized modifications, non-genuine replacement parts, overloading or inadequate maintenance, as specified in the applicable warranty terms. These exclusions do not remove statutory rights for goods that were non-conforming.

For an eligible factory-quality fault within the relevant warranty period, PHSCOO covers authorized repair, necessary warranty replacement parts and round-trip shipping arranged through the support process. Service is coordinated through seven service points across Austria, Belgium and France. Location and shipping instructions are provided for the individual case.

Please contact PHSCOO Support for returns or repairs. We coordinate the appropriate official service point based on your location and service needs and provide the shipping address and instructions. Our company address and German dispatch warehouse are not default return addresses. This coordination process does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

7. Website content and acceptable use

Website content and brand materials belong to their respective rights holders. Use of the website does not grant a licence to reproduce protected materials beyond what applicable law permits. You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized system access or interference with its operation.

8. Responsibility

Follow product instructions, safety guidance and applicable local traffic rules. Website access may be interrupted for maintenance or security. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for defective products, fraud or personal injury, or limits mandatory consumer remedies.

9. Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law that would otherwise apply, including the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable. This clause does not require consumers to bring proceedings exclusively in Paris or prevent use of a court competent under mandatory consumer rules.

Information about consumer dispute-resolution bodies is available through the European Commission's consumer redress service. Listing this resource does not represent membership of a particular mediation scheme.

10. Changes and severability

Updates apply prospectively to future transactions. They do not remove rights under existing orders. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
