The main YouTube review activates commission. The highest qualifying rate applies; rates do not stack. Both the €749 and €699 configurations count toward one cumulative order total. The sales tiers do not require the three additional shorts.
Your rate applies to the actual net product amount. Tax, shipping, refunded amounts, cancelled and invalid orders do not earn commission. PHSCOO pays shipping.
Example with 20% VAT included: €749 × 95% ÷ 1.20 × 10% = €59.30 commission. Actual orders use their applicable tax rate.
Who can apply?
- Creators aged 18+ outside China, with an audience in a market PHSCOO can serve.
- An active YouTube channel covering scooters, urban commuting, practical tech or everyday mobility.
- Authentic followers and engagement, relevant original content and clear video and audio.
- Honest, safe product testing, accurate claims and clear disclosure of the partnership.
- Reliable communication and the ability to meet an agreed content schedule.
- Ability to receive PayPal or bank payments. No fixed follower count or sales guarantee is required.
English and local market languages are welcome. We assess audience fit and content quality. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, a free product, a fixed fee or earnings.
Tell us about your channel.
Email your name, country, channel links, audience countries and language, follower count, typical recent views and 2–3 review examples. Include your content idea, proposed schedule, delivery country/city, review-unit needs and any fee proposal.
Monthly report by the 5th. Payment within 3 business days after reconciliation, via PayPal or bank transfer.

Review videos & content requirements
Main YouTube review → 5%
Publish an original YouTube review featuring real product use. Cover the supplied configuration, setup, folding and portability, ride experience, practical benefits and limitations. Include your assigned product link, 5% discount code and a clear affiliate disclosure.
Once the agreed main review is published and verified, eligible subsequent orders earn 5% commission.
3 additional short reviews → 10%
Publish at least three additional short-form review videos on YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels or TikTok. Each should provide a distinct, useful product insight, such as folding, carrying, lighting or a commuting use case.
Reposting the same video on three platforms counts as one video. Once all three additional videos are published and verified, eligible subsequent orders earn 10%.
Publication dates, video scope and duration, how long content remains available, sample terms and any fixed production fee are agreed in writing before the collaboration starts. The short videos unlock a higher rate; they are not required to remain at the 5% review tier.

The two prices refer to different configurations. Before any applicable tax adjustment, €749 becomes €711.55 and €699 becomes €664.05 with a 5% creator discount. The actual product page, checkout currency, tax treatment, availability and approved promotion rules determine the customer's final payable amount.
Commission base = actual discounted net product amount × your applicable rate. Exclude tax, shipping, refunded amounts, cancelled orders and invalid orders. Shipping paid by PHSCOO is outside the commission base and is not deducted from your commission as a separate shipping charge.

Example: 20% VAT is included in the price. Commission = discounted product amount ÷ 1.20 × your applicable rate. VAT and shipping earn no commission. Calculations retain precision until the final amount; displayed figures are rounded to two decimals. Actual commission uses the order's recorded net product amount and applicable tax rate, which may differ by destination. This is not an earnings guarantee.
What makes an order eligible?
- It is a genuine paid customer order for an eligible configuration, attributed to your assigned code or another tracking method agreed in writing.
- Payment is confirmed and the order is not cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, a test order, an abusive self-referral or a duplicate claim.
- Each eligible order counts once toward the threshold, even if it includes multiple units. Both configurations share the same total.
- Refunded product amounts earn no commission. A fully refunded or otherwise invalidated order is excluded from the cumulative eligible order count; partial refunds reduce the net commission base.
- Tracking windows, code and link priority, multi-creator conflicts, permitted code sharing, discount stacking, validation timing and the effect of later reversals on tier status are defined in the written partnership terms before activation.
Content upgrades apply after publication and verification. Tier activation dates, attribution windows, code/link priority, discount stacking, dispute handling and the effect of later refunds on tier status are confirmed in writing before activation. Your applicable rate and any adjustments appear in your report.
Monthly reporting & payment
Report by the 5th
PHSCOO provides the previous month's affiliate report by the 5th of each month. It includes attributed orders, eligible order count, discounted net product amounts, excluded or refunded amounts, applicable rates and commission due.
We reconcile any differences with you using the report and relevant order references.
Payment within 3 business days
After reconciliation is complete and correct payment details have been received, PHSCOO pays within three business days by PayPal or bank transfer.
Payout currency, processing or conversion fees and any required tax or invoice documentation are agreed before the first payment. Never send banking details in a public comment.
Orders still awaiting validation are shown separately from payable commission. Any refund or cancellation affecting a previously paid commission appears as an identified adjustment in a subsequent report, with supporting details.
Organic reuse & optional paid advertising
Organic content reuse
You retain ownership of your original content. Any PHSCOO repost, website placement, email use or edited excerpt requires your written permission specifying the content, channels, territory, term, allowed edits, credit and any fee.
Joining the affiliate program does not grant an unrestricted or perpetual content license.
Optional paid promotion
Paid advertising, boosting, whitelisting, Spark Ads or use of your identity in ads is optional and needs separate written approval. The agreement must define the assets, ad accounts, platforms, territory, campaign dates, edits, spend or usage limits, compensation and approval or withdrawal process.
Declining paid promotion does not change an otherwise earned affiliate rate.
Eligibility, review units & other questions
We welcome independent creators outside China whose audiences are interested in electric scooters, micromobility, urban commuting, practical technology or everyday mobility. Your audience and delivery country must fit a market PHSCOO can currently serve.
Audience & account
- You are at least 18 and manage your own public creator account, or apply through an authorized representative.
- You have an active YouTube channel and can produce a main product review. TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts can support additional videos.
- Your followers, views and engagement are authentic. No purchased engagement, misleading traffic or impersonation.
- Your content language is suitable for your audience. English and local market languages are welcome.
Quality & credibility
- You can film original footage, explain the product clearly and capture usable sound and images.
- You have relevant published work. Please share recent examples and audience country data.
- You can test in a safe, permitted location and discuss both strengths and limitations honestly.
- You can communicate reliably, agree a publication plan and supply the live content links.
Professional standards
- Clearly disclose affiliate links, discounts, gifted or loaned products, and any paid relationship using applicable platform tools and local requirements.
- Use verified specifications for the actual supplied configuration. Do not invent performance, warranty or road legality claims.
- Do not promote unsafe riding, fabricated reviews, spam, coupon leakage or unauthorized brand advertising.
- You must be able to receive payment by PayPal or bank transfer and provide the information required for reconciliation and payment.
Selection & review units
- There is no automatic acceptance based on follower count. We assess audience relevance, recent reach, review quality and engagement.
- Small specialist channels can apply with strong relevant work. No minimum sales promise is required to apply.
- Review units are selected case by case. A free product or fixed sponsorship fee is not guaranteed.
- Before shipping a unit, we agree in writing whether it is a gift or loan, any deposit, shipping and return responsibilities, and the content schedule.
Do I need a large following or a guaranteed number of sales?
No fixed public follower threshold or sales guarantee is required. Relevant viewers, consistent authentic reach and useful reviews matter. Approval and review-unit allocation remain subject to review.
Can I apply if I only create on TikTok or Instagram?
You can introduce your account for consideration. This program's 5% starting tier requires a main YouTube review. A short-form-only or fixed-fee collaboration needs a separate written arrangement.
Are €749 and €699 separate commission targets?
No. They are different configurations. Their eligible paid orders count together toward 15 and 50 cumulative orders.
Are samples and sponsored videos free of conditions?
No sample or fixed fee is promised by applying. Gift or loan status, delivery, any deposit, return arrangements and deliverables are confirmed in writing before a unit is sent.
Does the program replace product support or customer warranty?
No. Customers buy from PHSCOO under the applicable checkout, shipping, warranty and return terms. Creators refer customers to official support and must not make additional promises.
What happens if the partnership ends?
Notice periods, removal of codes or assets and handling of pending orders are defined in the partnership agreement. Reconciled eligible commission already earned remains payable, subject to documented reversals for refunds or invalid orders.
