Electric Scooter Wholesale: Become a PHSCOO Dealer in Europe

⏱ 11 min read

The 30-second answer

PHSCOO works with e-scooter retailers, bike shops and micromobility distributors across Europe, backed by a German warehouse, EU spare-parts stock and a defined 5-step RMA process.

Specific wholesale prices, MOQs and margins are not published on this page — they are agreed in a tailored quote after we understand your market. Tell us about your business below and we will come back to you.

Electric scooter wholesale: what to compare before your first order

For retailers and distributors in France and across Europe, a useful supplier comparison includes more than the unit price. Ask for a written proposal covering the exact Butterfly Ultra configuration, order quantity, delivery destination and after-sales responsibilities.

  • Commercial fit: dealer net price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, minimum order, payment schedule and quote validity. Calculate your margin after payment fees, delivery and service costs.
  • Stock and samples: available colours, sample terms, dispatch location and replenishment timing for your proposed order.
  • Workshop support: parts availability, diagnostic information, warranty claim procedure, labour responsibilities and return transport arrangements.
  • Market launch: product documents for the proposed market, current images and specifications, and any territory terms agreed in writing.

Butterfly Ultra is a lightweight folding electric scooter, with a manufacturer-listed net weight of 13.5 kg and front and rear suspension. For the consumer buying context, see our electric scooters under 15 kg comparison.

Request a dealer proposal

Include your company or shop website, country and city, sales channel, expected first-order quantity and workshop capability. If you are still evaluating the opportunity, say so; explain which details you need to make a decision.

Pricing, samples, order quantities, delivery and territory arrangements depend on the accepted proposal; this checklist does not create additional commercial commitments.

If you run a bike shop, e-scooter retailer, micromobility distributor or a multi-brand online store, this page sets out how PHSCOO works with trade partners: who we look for, how territory and pricing are handled, what the European warehouse and after-sales actually look like, and what to send us to start a conversation. It answers the trade questions we get most often in one place.

1. Who can become a partner, and where

We are targeting established European operators — physical retailers, e-commerce stores, fleets and distributors — rather than one-off resellers. The product is the Butterfly Ultra, a 13.5 kg folding commuter scooter built around portable urban mobility (read more on the PHSCOO brand page).

How do I apply? What is the process?

Send us the information listed in the enquiry table at the bottom of this page. We review your channel, territory and volume, and come back with a tailored proposal and the current price list. There is no public sign-up checkout — trade accounts are opened after a short qualification call so we can match you to the right tier.

Do you offer exclusive territory?

We work on a territory-protection principle: meaningful regional partners are protected within their defined market so they are not undercut by other PHSCOO sellers in the same area. The exact scope (city, region or country) depends on your committed volume and channel. Country-wide exclusivity is discussed for partners who can commit to a serious annual program.

Can I get demo or trial units?

Yes — demo units and trial stock are part of onboarding for serious retail partners, so your staff can ride and show the scooter rather than sell from spec sheets. Ask about demo terms in your enquiry.

Do you support white-label / private label?

Discussions on OEM/private-label and co-branded programs are open for partners at scale, on a case-by-case basis. Standard orders ship as PHSCOO-branded product; private-label feasibility, minimum order commitment and tooling are scoped separately. Tell us what you have in mind.

⚠️ Compliance documents. The vehicle range is positioned for the European market and our materials reference CE / EN 17128 type-approval and component lighting standards (ISO 6742, E-Mark). Exact certificates, their issuing bodies and the exact models/versions they cover are shared with qualified partners under NDA before ordering. Product configuration and on-road legality are separate questions — road use depends on the country and the specific approved version. Do not represent a certificate as covering your market until we confirm it in writing.

2. Pricing, MOQ and payment

We deliberately do not publish wholesale prices, MOQ numbers or target margins on this page. Those numbers depend on your volume, tier, territory and order mix, and publishing them would let online competitors benchmark your costs. Instead, here is what we evaluate and how the conversation works.

What you askHow we answer it
MOQ / minimum orderSet per tier and discussed in your tailored quote; starter partners can begin smaller, volume partners get better terms.
Wholesale vs retail price & marginNot published. We share dealer net pricing and RRP guidance after qualification, so you can model your own margin.
Dealer price for Butterfly UltraSent with the tailored quote; configuration (colour/SKU and warranty tier) affects cost.
Payment termsAgreed per order and tier; first orders typically on standard trade terms, extended terms for established partners.

Protecting you from online undercutting

Channel conflict is the thing that most undermines a dealer's margin, so we take it seriously. We use MSRP guidance, authorised-reseller controls and territory protection to prevent one seller from racing to the bottom and eroding the market for everyone. If you see unauthorised discounting, raise it through your account contact — we police it rather than ignore it.

ℹ️ Every serious enquiry ends the same way: contact us for a tailored quote. Send the details in the table below and we will return pricing, MOQ and lead times specific to your market.

3. Lead time, EU warehouse and stock

Stock and parts sit in Europe so you are not waiting on slow boat freight for routine supply.

  • German warehouse. Retail orders ship from our German warehouse with free standard delivery across most of the EU; trade bulk orders are coordinated separately.
  • Spare parts in the EU. Genuine PHSCOO parts are held in EU warehouse stock, dispatched within 2 working days and typically reaching you in 3–7 working days across Europe. We carry the inventory cost — you do not need to hold a parts warehouse.
  • Batch lead time. Bulk production lead times are confirmed per order at quote stage, because they depend on volume, configuration and factory schedule. We will give you a firm date on the PO, not a vague average.

Do you offer dropshipping?

We evaluate order-fulfilment arrangements case by case. The default trade model is wholesale stock you hold and sell; pure dropshipping to end customers is not the standard program and its limits (branding, delivery experience, returns handling) need to be agreed explicitly before you build a storefront on it.

4. Marketing assets and product training

A good scooter still needs to be sold well. Partners get access to marketing material and onboarding support rather than being left to design from scratch.

  • Assets: product photography, key spec sheets, banner/hero visuals and approved copy you can adapt to your site and social channels.
  • Retail training: onboarding on the product line, the Vicont app, ride modes, basic troubleshooting and the warranty/RMA workflow so your staff can answer customers confidently.
  • Updates: we refresh assets as the range evolves; you are responsible for keeping your listings current and for not using outdated claims or specs.

If you run creator or content channels, our consumer Creator Rewards program is a useful template to point your own customers toward — happy owners become your best salespeople.

5. Dealer warranty, RMA, parts and DOA

This is where cheap brands lose dealers fast, so we have made it explicit. Note one important boundary: the dealer factory warranty is not the retail warranty.

⚠️ Read this before quoting warranty to your customers. Our dealer factory cover for the battery and core electronic parts is 12 months. The longer 24-month retail coverage you may have seen on consumer configurations applies to direct retail sales and does not automatically become our warranty obligation to you as a dealer. The main frame is covered separately. Always quote warranty to your end customer based on what you sell, not on our consumer marketing page.

The 5-step RMA process

#StepTiming
1Dealer submits a warranty claim (order no., warranty registration, fault description, serial no., photos/video)—
2Technical review: classified as manufacturing defect, misuse, or wear-and-tearWithin 2 working days of complete info
3Decision + parts dispatch; approved parts shippedShips in 2 working days; reaches EU in 3–7 days
4High-value failed parts (battery, motor, controller) returned to us for inspection/recyclingWe cover approved return freight
5Dealer submits repair feedback and case closesWithin 7 calendar days of repair

Spare parts, DOA and unsold stock

  • Parts availability: genuine OEM parts in separate sealed packaging, held in EU stock and dispatched within 2 working days — no need for you to hold your own inventory.
  • DOA (dead on arrival): units confirmed dead on arrival are handled through the same claim route; classification in step 2 decides replacement versus repair.
  • Unsold inventory: we discuss stock-rotation and return principles per partner agreement rather than making a blanket promise; ask what applies to your tier.

Three partner tiers

TierWhat you get
Authorized DealerStandard factory warranty support, on-demand EU parts access, standard repair guides and install tutorials.

We also operate a European service network across 3 countries with 7 service points (Austria, Belgium and France), which helps you route complex repairs instead of doing everything in-house. For how consumer warranty is communicated to end buyers, see our warranty guide.
