Which warranty option applies?
Purchased 24-month coverage includes the battery and core electronic components without any UGC requirement. All UGC extensions are capped at 24 months total. Check the selected configuration and component terms before ordering.
What if I need a repair?
Contact PHSCOO first. We assess the case and arrange the appropriate parts, shipping or service point, then follow up.
How far can I ride?
The tested maximum range is 53 km under defined conditions. Rider weight, speed, hills, temperature and tyre pressure affect actual range.
FOR EXISTING OWNERS
Creator Rewards.
Eligible owner content may receive rewards under the current Creator Rewards rules. Warranty extensions apply to eligible shorter coverage and cannot increase the total beyond 24 months.
