PHSCOO — Standard & Premium Warranty + 4 Extended Coverage Tiers

We stand behind our quality!

PHSCOO offers two warranty configurations: Standard (12-month battery and core electronics coverage) and Premium (24-month battery and core electronics coverage, with no UGC requirement). Other component periods vary: wiring harness and deck light 6 months, turn signals and handbrake bell 12 months, frame 24 months; these fixed terms cannot be extended. Four coverage extension tiers are shown: +3 / +6 / +9 / +12 months extra coverage. Only the 12-month tier can be purchased directly. Register your scooter, publish qualifying original content and submit the extension application within 60 days after receiving your scooter to qualify for an extension and participate in the creator rewards program — top contributors can earn a FREE new scooter. Total coverage cannot exceed 24 months. Use the calculator below to estimate your calendar warranty end date.

Warranty End-Date Calculator

For end customers & dealers
Using the calendar calculator: For original coverage and free warranty replacements, use the original warranty start date, configuration and approved extension; a free replacement does not restart the term. For a customer-paid replacement, select Standard, choose No paid extension and No confirmed UGC extension, and enter the actual replacement date in the date field. This applies the Standard term for the selected replacement part from that new date. The date shown is a calendar estimate only: Standard battery coverage ends earlier if the 400-cycle limit is reached.

Original coverage: purchase date with a valid receipt; without a valid receipt, use the production date under the applicable policy. Free replacements keep that original start date. Customer-paid replacements: actual replacement date.

Select an approved milestone only. Register the scooter, publish qualifying original content and submit the extension application within 60 days of delivery to qualify. The calculator does not verify eligibility or add milestone rewards together.

Only the +12 tier (Tier 4) can be purchased; Tiers 1–3 are shown for reference.

UGC Creator Rewards — 7 Verified Milestones

Warranty extensions follow seven verified milestones. Register the scooter, publish qualifying original content and submit the extension application within 60 days of delivery to qualify for an extension. The extension benefit is separate from the cash/item-or-points choice; actual added months remain subject to the component limit.

  • The highest verified milestone applies to the same post; its milestone rewards are not added together. Select the confirmed milestone when using the calculator.
  • Photo Review offers 600 points only. At 3K–50K, choose cash OR loyalty points. At 100K+, choose a free scooter OR 30,000 points. The two alternatives cannot both be claimed.
  • 100 points = €1; points do not expire. Rewards are processed within 30 days after milestone verification; cash rewards are paid via PayPal.
  • Total original, paid and UGC coverage cannot exceed the component limit or 24 months. Premium already covers the battery and core electronics for 24 months with no UGC requirement. Coverage already at its limit receives no additional months.
  • Fixed terms for both Standard and Premium: main frame 24 months; main wiring harness and deck light 6 months; turn signals and handbrake bell 12 months. These components cannot be extended.
  • Content must be original; reposted or AI-generated content and fake or purchased traffic do not qualify. One genuine account per customer; a full refund of the original scooter order invalidates its rewards.
  • Free-scooter model and colour depend on stock; no cash substitute. Maximum two scooter rewards per account. Standard delivery is included within PHSCOO service regions; local charges may apply.
  • Creators retain copyright; qualifying submissions grant PHSCOO a non-exclusive right to repost with creator credit. Other rewards may remain available when the extension's 60-day window is not met, subject to the campaign rules.

Replacement partsFree replacements: Free replacement parts retain the original warranty end date applicable to the replaced component, including any approved extension already applying to that component. A free replacement does not restart the warranty or create a new independent 12-month term. The periods for other original parts are unchanged. This rule applies to all components and to both consumer and dealer cases.

Customer-paid replacements: Customer-paid replacement parts follow the Standard (12-month configuration) policy for the corresponding component, with the applicable period starting again on the actual replacement date. They do not use the original vehicle's remaining warranty period or expire solely because that original period ends. This is not a uniform 12-month warranty for every part: the frame has 24 months; the main wiring harness and deck light have 6 months; battery, motor, display, controller and turn signals have 12 months. Other component periods, exclusions and the first-delivery manufacturing-defect exception for consumables follow the Standard policy. A customer-paid replacement battery follows the Standard base terms of 12 months or 400 full charge cycles, whichever comes first, and a confirmed manufacturing defect with laboratory capacity retention below 70% for the stated free-replacement approval. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Battery conditionsStandard base: 12 months or 400 full cycles, whichever comes first, with a confirmed manufacturing defect and laboratory capacity retention below 70% for the stated replacement approval. For approved Standard battery extensions to 15, 18, 21 or 24 months, coverage ends at the applicable extended calendar end date or 400 cumulative full charge cycles, whichever comes first. Cycles already used by the same battery continue to count; approval of an extension does not reset the count or increase the 400-cycle limit. The stated free-replacement approval requires a confirmed manufacturing defect and laboratory capacity retention below 60%. Natural aging remains excluded. Premium base: 24 months, with a confirmed manufacturing defect and laboratory capacity retention below 60%; the Standard 400-cycle limit is not automatically applied to Premium.
