From Micro Merlin to the Explorer platform
For eight years, PHSCOO’s manufacturing team supported Micro Mobility Systems AG across product development, industrialization, quality control and international production delivery.
When was the Micro Explorer introduced?
Micro Mobility’s official timeline lists the Micro Explorer and Mercedes-Benz eScooter in 2020. Development and production preparation began earlier, but the public introduction belongs to 2020.
The cooperation timeline
Partnership begins
Manufacturing cooperation started with supply and production support for Micro Merlin electric scooters.
Engineering upgrade
The Micro Merlin II gained a handbrake. Our team also supported Explorer-platform development, German ABE preparation and production readiness.
Explorer introduction
The Micro Explorer and Mercedes-Benz eScooter were introduced publicly, with manufacturing cooperation covering Explorer-platform variants for international markets.
Explorer S AMG
Micro Explorer S AMG entered the China market, supported by supply to Mercedes-Benz dealers and related after-sales coordination.
A new chapter
The cooperation concluded after eight years. PHSCOO then advanced its independently developed Butterfly electric-scooter platform.
