Strict Enforcement
1. The minimum selling price across all channels is fixed at €649. No undercutting online or offline.
2. Strictly prohibited to resell goods to other EU countries across borders.
3. Penalty rule: 1st written warning; 2nd temporary order suspension; 3rd permanent forfeiture of rebate & dealership qualification.
